Helen Todd has been taking photographs for the last seventeen years. 

She uses a Canon EOS 400D (Digital Rebel XTi) camera -- a digital SLR -- with the following lenses:

• Canon EF-S 10-22mm F/3.5-4.5 USM

• Canon EF 24-105mm  F/4L IS USM

• Canon EF 50mm F/1.8 II

• Canon EF 100mm F/2.8 Macro USM

Helen believes photographs should be as permanent as any other artwork. She uses all archival methods for mounting, matting, framing and displaying her work. She hand prints the images using an Epson 9800 wide format printer using UltraChrome K3 pigmented inks. She uses Epson Enhanced Matte paper and Epson UltraSmooth Fine Art paper. These paper/ink combinations have been rated by the Wilhelm Institute with a longevity of greater than 76 years when displayed under glass. She is currently selling her photographs at galleries and art shows in the Northwest.
